Salvation Army redevelopment:

Concrete pannel construction.

Collumn connection to follting via hold down bolts as well as steel rebar for future construction.

I was interested in this image because it shows the connection between collumn and girt. (Possibly welded on site?

This image vlearly shows the connection between the wall and roof structures. We cen see the Universal beams and channels used in the roof construction as well as the top plates, Studs and noggings of the wall skeleton.

Hear we can see the roofing members of this building held up by one of two pinned collumns.

This image shows a collumn pinned to its base plate and in turn bolted into a pad footing via hold down bolts. Steel chains have been used to brace this construction.
